These terms cover your use of the Shua website, operated by Shua Marketing Ltd(company number17103313, registered in England and Wales). They are not a contract for marketing services. Client work starts only when both sides have agreed a written proposal.

The information on it

The pages describe the studio and the kind of work we do. They are general information, not advice for your company. Case studies describe the shape of past engagements. They are not a promise that a new project will turn out the same way.

Our material

The text, the name Shua and the design of this site belong to Shua Marketing Ltd. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the site, or present it as your own, without our written agreement.

Liability

We take care to keep the site available and the pages accurate. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that the law says we cannot limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will hear disputes about them.
