Who we are

This website is operated by Shua Marketing Ltd, company number17103313. It is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Waleson 19 March 2026. Shua is the name we trade under. The studio is in London. For privacy questions, emailhello@shuamarketing.com.

What this website collects

Reading these pages does not require an account, and we do not run analytics or advertising tags. We do not sell personal information, and we do not build visitor profiles from this site.

The contact form does not send your message to our server. It opens your own email application with the text filled in. If you then send the email, we receive it like any other email and use it to reply and, if we work together, to discuss the project.

If you email us

We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us. If a project goes ahead, the proposal sets out any further use of contact details.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and to filter abusive traffic, Cloudflare processes connection data, including your IP address. That processing is their work as our host. Details are inCloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we have no reason to keep it. You can also object to how we use it, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office atico.org.uk.
